How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us: info(at) with a description of your concern.

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit for the purchase price of any unused and unopened merchandise in new condition returned within 30 days of the order’s original ship date.

We reserve the right to decline any return if we determine the item shows signs that it has been used. 

At this time, we do not provide refunds or cash back. 

All goods must be in their original, unused condition, including original tags and packaging.

Returns must be well packed and we strongly encourage you to purchase insurance for return shipments, as well as delivery confirmation.

We cannot be responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

If returned merchandise is not received within 30 days from the original ship date, we reserve the right to decline your credit or exchange.

Sale items are non-returnable. Jewelry is non-returnable.
